I disagree... I mean yeah.. as fast as you'll recover when on cycle is nothing compared to creatine, BUT.. remember when you first started taking creatine and the strength you got and extra energy.. well take that added strength and energy.. and use it during your cycle.. and you've got a beast in the making..
To be all medical and shit.. Creatine actually is smart to use while on AAS.. creatine enhances the amount of androgen receptors and their affinity to androgen.. More receptors and active receptors.. more juice is gonna get in your muscles.. always a good thing.. Creatine also helps the user work out for longer and harder.. which especially when your on AAS is going to equal much more muscle..
So in short.. he's right.. you won't NEED it per se.. but all it will do it help.. so why not take it.. it will mean better gains.. and yeah.. you might hold some water.. but that's good for you body when lifting heavy and bulking up and when you go off it.. the water will quickly drain out.. so its worthwhile.. goodluck everyone
