I have had a fair amount of experience with creatine over the years & have found these things to be the most important in getting the most out your creatine. the loading phase to me is the most important as it ensures that you saturate your system with a high amount of the creatine which your body will use more effectively when there is a greater amount avialable during the loading phase, at the completion of the loading phase, I would then take it morning & evening on the days that you do not train with weights, then on the days you train you should be taking it straight after your w/o. this should be done with a high amount of Water & carbs 60-100 g is considered the norm, I would also only use the creatine for a period of 6-8 weeks & then cycle off for a period of 10 to 14 days, then recommence the same cycle, also the volume of muslce you hold will also increase the amount of creatine you should be using.
