Creatine Question

I have heard that Creatine will give you stretch marks, is this always the case, if so, is there anyway around it?

I was also told to start taking creatine when I start to not gain as much..when I slow down, I guess.

Help me please. Thanks

CrM will NOT give you stretchmarks. That is more genetic then anything else, especially when you're still growing or rapidly losing weight.

CrM can be used after you've exhausted your natural abilities, in trying to reach the next plateau. It is a safe supplement.

If you heard of someone getting stretch marks from taking creatine it is only because the got some awesome gains from it ( mainly water retention.) Stretchmarks are caused from rapid growth, muscle or fat.

Hwever creatine is a good product which I use and support. Same too.

There is no way someone could gain enough enough muscle or water from creatine for it to cause stretch marks on its own. As far as when to use, I find a solid creatine product to be an awesome plateau buster, so I agree that you should/could get as far as you can without it, and then add it to the mix when gains are harder to achieve.

badass, thanks for the advice..then i will start this summer (when my gains are slowing anyway...)

Oh, and squats DO DO DO make you heavier and make all your other gains better....I used to legpress like 30 something, I did 540 four reps the other day...thank you squat and elitefitness peeps!!!
