anyone know what that creatine product is called where theres no loading period, you just take one tablespoon on the days your working out, it causes no water retention and its expensive??
anyone know the name of it?
thanks

Cell tech and most of the oral liquid forms of creatine state they have no loading period. If you understand what creatin does and how it works you will probably still think about loading.

1. Creating works by increasing the cell volume.
It does this by allowing the cell to hold more
moisture. Technically when you are using creatine
you are ultimately retaining water within the cell tissue.
The increase in moister enlarges the cell which give the
muscle a larger appearence.

2. Side effect although creatine makes the muscle look bigger
you do actually gain stength because the added hydration
allows the muscle to become more efficient. It removes lactid
acid faster after work outs ( faster recovery ). And it is also
thought to increase ATP stores within the mitochondria ( more
energy, better contraction).

3. Creatine stores within the muscle can change daily. If you
load in theory, you will raise the store above normal
and a daily dose will keep you peeked out. ( This is a
theory. It works for me and a ton of others that I have
trained). Do your home work check the facts and make
your own educated deduction!!!!

I have tried to keep this simple. If you needed more details shoot me an email. I'll try to help or direct in to some one. :D
