creatine pwo only?

is there any benefit to using creatine post workout only with dextrose and whey on only work out day's for anti-catabolic reason? or do I need to take it every day, I used creatine before and only got bloated which I don't like and was using it every day

my reasone is anti-catabolic need for post cycle would this help keep gains or just a waist?
 
mostly a waste

as far as i know there is no proof that it is anti-catabolic

it can boost strength and endurance but creatine is not really an assest when dieting down

it is mainly used post workout, but CAN be used pre-workout for extra pumps/endurance though this isnt the most effective use for it.
