Creatine, Pre or Post workout? Does it matter?

Ok your supposed to take CEE 30 mins prior to training.

V-12 by SAN 30 miins prior.

CellMass by Bsn, Immediately after.

Some people use it before, some people use it after. What's the verdict? Does it matter?

I like taking it before because I feel more pumped, and just feel more jacked for the workout. But I know some people take it after the workout because it helps in recovery.
 
Keep doing what you're doing but take v12 after too. You should be taking that twice on workout days and once on non-workout days.
 
i usually like taking 30-45 min prior and then i take another immediately after with my protein. I do this because those are the only two times a day that im not actually eating my face off and ur not suppose to take that stuff with meals.
 
BSN's Cellmass is a creatine complex created specifically for post-workout so I am sure that there has to be some positive effect in taking creating after training.
