creatine only after workout?

ive read not to take creatine any other time then after a workout, and before a workout especially. whats the deal with this? or isnt it true?
 
Not sure what truth that holds, only thing ive ever heard was to take creatine post workout, or in the morning on days when you don't train.
 
half hour before you work out - and as soon as you can after workout.
on off days take half as much in mornings along with breakfast/prot shake.


plus creat works best fruit juice.
