pal you have the worst grammer i have yet to run into. are you saying that you cannot stay lean or cut while taking creatine? this is not true, you might retain some extra water but this is all.

IMO you should use creatine when you diet. I think it helps you keep more muscle fullness and strength. I don't think it will make you look soft or bloaty either. The only way you will know is to try.
