Creatine & Ketogenic Diet

Wondering how is the best way to take creatine while following a CKD? Ill be taking 20g on the carb-up but during the week how should I do it? I have been taking 5g immediately before working out and it seems to be working pretty well... lemme know.

On your no carb days take 2 grams of Taurine, 400mg of ALA, and 200mcg of Chromium at the same time you take creatine.
