Creatine Ethyl Ester...off cycle?

I'm wondering how you guys cycle your creatine use? I've was taking about 10g/day of monohydrate with Var for 8wks, and I'm about 5 days into PCT. I want to start the new PUREcee, and I have it but am wondering how long I should wait to start up again? Thanks

Ok, but how long do you cycle the CEE? How much time off do you need? Is it the same time on/time off?

yes. though occasional cycling off may help to break training plateaus.
