creatine - drinking pop/tea/coffee (caffine)

ok some say its bad to drink caffine beverage while on creatine..
but how much is that bad?

Usually I'll drink tea in the morning, which I think has about 30-40mg of caffine.. so is it ok to drink tea when on creatine (no negative effects)??

and if thats ok what if I mix it with the tea in mornings since the solubility is higher in the hot tea? because that will also be more convinient :)

One cup of tea will be ok, don't drink coffee or take caffeine pills though.

I've heard this but in all my experience with creatine I've never noticed any difference when I drank coffee in the morning or not.

If you have one cup of coffee in the morning you should be fine. Don't take caffeine pills or drink 4 cups of coffee at the same time your taking creatine. Caffeine isn't harmful when combined with creatine, but if you want to get optimal results, minimize caffeine intake. When I take creatine, I drink a caffeine drink in the morning, so I don't get a migraine, yes I'm addicted. I usually go to the gym in the afternoon or evening, by than most of the caffeine has worn off. I take 5g creatine preworkout, and 5g creatine in my postworkout shake, with dextrose and whey protein.

ok, I got this info from this link - http://www.bodybuildingpro.com/creatinefaq.html

"Q: Can Caffeine be Consumed While Using Creatine?

A: Caffeine can both help and harm your creatine results, depending on the type of results you are looking for. For example, stacking caffeine with creatine may help the performance enhancing effects of creatine. If your goals are to run faster, for example, using caffeine combined with creatine may help you to achieve that result best. However, since caffeine is a diuretic, and it will drain water out of your system. Good results using creatine are dependent on drinking enough water. That said, caffeine should not be consumed very frequently, or more water should be consumed to account for the water being drained from your body through caffeine use. However, caffeine does not directly affect the cell volumizing effect of creatine."
