Hi.
My primary goal is to gain mass. But since it will take a while till i gain my 45lbs, i also want to have definition to give the illusion that i have more mass than i actually have. So how should i organize my creatine cycles? train for mass (8-10 rep sets) when taking creatine and train for endurance (15-20 rep sets) when dropping creatine for a while?
I've also heard that you shouldn't train for mass all the way through since your body needs time to recover again, so an endurance period would be good when dropping creatine, right?
How long should i make both periods?
period 1: train for mass/strength and take creatine (2 month ???)
period 2: train for endurance and drop creatine (1 month ???)
Do you think that 2 months and 1 month are good?
