You should load first. Where you take it 4 times a day. Morning, before workout, after workout, night. After you do that for 5 days. Then take it just once a day, before your workout. That's what I was told gets the best results.

One more vote for some before, some after. I usually take a protein shake with creatine about 20 min. before I leave for the gym. That way the goodies are hopefully already in your blood when you're done working out. I of course help push it into the cells with some Dextrose in my post workout shake!!
