Creatine + Androstene

I was curious what would the affects be on me with these two products... I just started taking protein shakes and i want to add creatine and androstene to my diet. I am trying to get a little bigger and a lot stronger. I have a fairly quick metabolism btw.. and i grew like a weed without supplements when i first started a year ago... but i got to a plateu and changing routine and diet didn't help much.

I am currently 5'7" and approx. 161... and i am 17 years old.
Would these products effect my growth in any way?
Will i experience any site effects?

creatine will be fine as long as you take in ample amounts of water, at least a gallon a day. if you live in the south, then a lot more. andro at your age is not a good idea. keep looking for a good program. try lifting really heavy but with sets of 5reps. that should work pretty good, especially for mass.

Thanks. I was really debating if i should take the andro but not creatine.
My worries about creatine is bloating up to the size of a balloon.

I just want to gain a little more mass and a lot more strength.
I am currently working out for strength... raised my bench up about 15 pounds in the past 3 weeks already.

Your hormone levels are high enough at 17, stick with eating enough protein and maby go for a little Cell Tech. The loading phase is critical, and lay off the booze for the first couple of weeks it only dehydrates you. I know you have read this alot, but also dont over train either.

I tried andro over a year ago, and it gave me gyno quicker than anything!!! Unless you like nice little (painful) titties...dont take andro.

Of course Im apparently very susceptible to gyno, as Ive already had 2 surgeries for it. The first time was just from natural causes (puberty), then it got worse. Of course it might have been from the Anadrol/Test Cyp cycle I did (first cycle in '91 at age 19...I got 100 Anadrol pills for like $75, I had a helluva hookup, cuz they were like $71 in the pharm-I called to check. My hookup had a bro that worked in a pharm who ordered them in then stole them). Back then I dont even know if guys knew about nolvadex/clomid, etc., or if they were even around! No one told me about them.

Had the gyno removed at 21 or 22. I swore that bastard surgeon didnt get it all...my doc said it felt like he didnt. I went to the surgeon (who all of a sudden didnt speak english very well), and he said he got it and that I wouldnt have any more probs. In 2 years it was back bigger than ever.

Had it removed again at 25 yrs old. Surgeon did a fine job. No instances of it coming back...until...I tried fucking andro a year and a half ago or something like that.

Now, I have gyno in BOTH tits (was only the left one before). But Im gonna get a surgeon who has had a lot of experience with gyno this time...and who has a successful track record.

If anyone knows of a good gyno surgeon in San Diego, let me know.
