dont stack creatine and ECA....ECA makes you drop water, creatine makes you hold it therefore you will acomplish nothing by stacking them. The ECA's give a false sense of energy and if you take them before a run you could wind up very catabolic. I would take something like glutamine if you do plan on trying some ECA. First I would look at your diet though and make sure your taking in enough cals/protein.
