Creatine and Glutamine

I've been taking creatine and glutamine at the recommended dosages that they say on the bottle. I've been reading around and I keep on hearing that those dosages aren't really enough. Is there some type on formula for this? I'm using ON products if that helps. Thanks for the help.
 
Loading on creatine for 5 days, take 30 grams then and after 5 grams a day either at night with water or right after working out on days I lift. Cycle 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off. Glutamine is 5 grams right after I lift and 5 more before bed on the days I lift.
 
I do about 15 grams glutamine a day. 5 grams with each protein shake. Your stomach likes to eat up glutamine so I look at it like added insurance because whey protein already has several grams glutamine in it, but who knows how much gets sucked up by your stomach lining.

I do about 10 grams creatine a day. No need to cycle it in my opinion.
