Having some trouble finding plain "dextrose" here and was wondering what I could add to my creatine to help shuttle it into my system a bit better.
Talked to a guy at the brewery and he said glucose was the same thing as dextrose just a different name. I called them to see if they had any dextrose but that was a negative.
Any ideas? I've heard about taking it with grape juice and the other day I added the creatine to some cranberry juice. Any ideas here???
