creatine and caffine

i believe that caffine restricts your fluid levels in your body does it affect you when your on a creatine cycle? i drink M-dew and i like the caffine rush i get but what is it doing to my creatine cycle?

Well,
Even though caffeine will lead to dehydration, if you're supplementing with creatine in the first place, you should be drinking at least 8-12, 8 ounce glasses of water a day. If you do this, you shouldn't have any problem with taking in caffeine.

NOT MUCH REALLY EFFECTS CREATINE UNLESS YOU DEHYDRATE THE BODY OR YOU STAY ON IT TO LONG AND THE BODY STARTS ADAPTING. I USE TO DRINK COFFEE BEFORE I WOULD GO TO THE GYM JUST TO GIVE ME A PEP. DID NOT NOTICE ANY DIFFERANCE.
