Creatine and Anavar

I have been reaserching an anavar cylce for a while now. A few months ago 8and20 replied that I should run some creatine with it. I am wondering how hard that is on the liver? Any thoughts?

how hard creatine is? I beleive its rougher on your kidneys...but anavar is supposidly mildly liver toxic...

I don't think you liver does anything with creatine. Isn't it your kidneys that process creatinine?

Your liver won't be too pleased with the anavar, but it's not as harsh as other orals.

You may want to run some test with your var - it will shut you down.

Var 60mg ed 8 weeks
creatine 5-10 grams daily

how hard creatine & var is on the liver? Well the anavar is quite mild on the liver compared to alot of other orals. I wouldn't even worry about the creatine's effect on your liver.

Short term studies on creatine show no evidence of liver dysfunction on the basis of serum enzymes and urea production (Sports Med. 2000 Sep;30(3):155-70)
