Creatine again!

Basically I have two questions,

firstly can supplying ATP slow down fat loss.
secondly since you are lifting a heavier weight for muscle fibres that are no stronger, does it really help you get stronger, i.e when you come off are you gained more strength than training without creatine.

I dont know about fat loss but in my experience when using creatine, I gain some strength and endurance, however, when I come off it I crash big time (maybe its just me) I lose the strength in a few days and lose water and I feel flat. I find that creatine crash is worse then gear crash, weird, like I said its what I experienced.
I would rather spend my money on AS than on creatine, creatine is expensive and not worth the money!

i have had quite a similar experience with creatine myself. having said that- i haven't lost everything- just some of it.
