Ok I'm holding lots of water, don't know from what, but it started when I began ALA at 2g per day(don't eat carbs last 2 meal either) anyway. Always when I'm doing creatin It makes me so freaking hard. I am constantly pumped and I love it. Do you think that adding creatin, if you are already holding water, would transport the fluid that for the moment is between my muscles and skin, into my muscle cells?? what do you think?
