Dear Elite staff and veterans,
I am 21 yr old male interested in bulking up. I am completely new to bodybuilding for the most part. I did however work out with a friend fairly regularly for 3 months with no supplementation. I did see results, but hardly. I have since waited until I am fully committed to putting on some pounds to go at it all out. I have read about various supplements vitamins and steroids but I feel I need expert advice as to which direction to go.
I am: 6'4"
165 lbs.
Body fat? yea right. I have a high metabolism (so my doctor tells me) and my body fat % is VERY low, as you can probably tell by my height/weight. Because of my low bodyfat I am already a little cut, but I have very little bulk.
I am in very good physical health so I know my body can handle rigirous training. I would like to know what products in what amounts, what I should eat/drink and what food/drinks to avoid (being a college student I consume a lot of caffeine, but I have heard that caffeine can have adverse effects while supplementing etc.).
Homework: I do not need to burn fat since I barely have any so I have stayed away from steroids that stress fat loss. I have read about many of the currently available steroids and my restults are:
6 week cycle - 250 mg/week sustanon 250, 6 weeks = 1500 mg's
30 mg Dianabol/day, 4 weeks = 840 mg's
Clomid for cool down? for 500 mg. 10 tabs start at a week 4 after ceasing Dianabol.
I would appreciate all personal recommendations from experience and expert advice or whatever! I am motivated so please know that your breath isn't being wasted.
