Crash course for steroid newbies.

Dear Elite staff and veterans,

I am 21 yr old male interested in bulking up. I am completely new to bodybuilding for the most part. I did however work out with a friend fairly regularly for 3 months with no supplementation. I did see results, but hardly. I have since waited until I am fully committed to putting on some pounds to go at it all out. I have read about various supplements vitamins and steroids but I feel I need expert advice as to which direction to go.

I am: 6'4"
165 lbs.
Body fat? yea right. I have a high metabolism (so my doctor tells me) and my body fat % is VERY low, as you can probably tell by my height/weight. Because of my low bodyfat I am already a little cut, but I have very little bulk.

I am in very good physical health so I know my body can handle rigirous training. I would like to know what products in what amounts, what I should eat/drink and what food/drinks to avoid (being a college student I consume a lot of caffeine, but I have heard that caffeine can have adverse effects while supplementing etc.).

Homework: I do not need to burn fat since I barely have any so I have stayed away from steroids that stress fat loss. I have read about many of the currently available steroids and my restults are:

6 week cycle - 250 mg/week sustanon 250, 6 weeks = 1500 mg's
30 mg Dianabol/day, 4 weeks = 840 mg's
Clomid for cool down? for 500 mg. 10 tabs start at a week 4 after ceasing Dianabol.

I would appreciate all personal recommendations from experience and expert advice or whatever! I am motivated so please know that your breath isn't being wasted.

Well where to start.... You're no where near ready to cycle. You should first learn to train and eat right. You ahould be seeing results naturally, if you're not you're not ready by far. Get a few years of training under your belt then think about it. There is not such thing as a crash course, this things take time, years of research, trial and error. It's not what you want to hear, but it's the truth. In this sport impatience will be your greatest downfall.
 
Try training hardcore for 3 more months but this time get a proper diet and eat eat eat. If you aren't seeing gains your probably doing almost everything wrong. Do you have even have a good workout plan setup? Do you know proper form and lifting techniques? Im not saying to start AAS in 3 more months but to take some serious time to learn the basics before you dive into the dark side.
 
I have had several personal training sessions. I still work out at least 3 times a week, though my routine is much more lax than it should be, I realize this. I do not plan on starting this cycle for at least 4-5 more months so I do plan to get a more intense/serious daily routine including proper nutrition. I have already made up(with help) and worked with the workout plan I intend on using and a diet plan. I have consulted my doctor about gaining weight naturally and I was instructed to eat seven times my target weight in calories for daily consumption. That was when I started seriously working out several years ago. I gained nicely, but slowly, VERY slowly. I have since been at a peak for a while now. Admitedly I could propably add another 5 lbs in 6 months naturally, but I feel ready to step it up. I don't want to rush in to anything, so I'm collecting advice and reading about the different types of steroids, cycles, PCT etc.

Your first post says your completely new to body building. This post you say you started working out several years ago. Which is it?

Did I read this correctly?
Let's see...I'm 220 now...would love to be about 250 I think.
So 250... times 7...carry the 1...

1750 calories. Did I do the math right?

Don't pay attention to your doctor on that point. At 1750 a day, I'd be 165 in no time. Now if he told you to eat TWICE that much, I'd say you're on your way. With your "high" metabolism, if you're not gaining weight, you're not eating enough. EAT BIG to BE BIG
 
It is useless for all the vet's to tell these newbies not to do it. If they come here asking these questions they are going to do it anyway, so Why not help them avoid a mistake?

I agree, do research on your routine and diet. THese are the cornerstone of gains either on or off the gear.

Make sure you have EVERYTHING on hand before you start ANYTHING. Don't say "ahh, i'll get that clomid when I need it"

Great 1st cycle for me, when I was in a similiar situation as you was the following.

Week 1-10 Sust250 500mg / Week (2 Injections weekly)
Week 1-10 Deca 200 400mg / Week (" ")
Week 1-4 D-Bol 30mg ED (Split up throughout the day)
Week 1-10 L-Dex .25mg ED
Week 13-15 Clomid Taken as follows:

Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7
Week 13 300 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg
Week 14 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 100 mg 50 mg 50 mg 50 mg
Week 15 50 mg 50 mg 50 mg 50 mg 50 mg 50 mg 50 mg

Mix the Deca and the Sust in the same syringe and do 2 injections weekly. I did Monday and thursday injections.

I also drank 2 Myoplex MASS shakes daily and eat A LOT!! You will want to consume 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

7x your target weight (Let's say it is 190) is only 1330 calories!!! You need about 20-25 times. I consumed at least 4000 calories every day.
