cranberry juice for post workout

What is up Stiffy??? Read your thread on the Anabolic board bro, glad to see you're getting back in the gym.

As for cranberry juice, it's no better than any other juice, it's all basically table sugar. Best to use something like that to mix with creatine to accelerate absorbtion. For post workout, best simple carbs would be dextrose or maltodextrin (sp?).
