Me and the AK only visited the range together once and the Buddy Christ was not along for the ride. I needed a "sighting in" day, which turned out like shit. The front sight post needed to be soaked overnight before I was able to move it up and down without a problem. Plus I think I was holding the rifle a bit too tightly, pulling my shots down and to the left.
Shooting totally sucked the first time out. 25 yard zeroing went ok, but after that it was pretty damn wild. I might head out to the range thursday (no classes
) and if I can figure out how to get the video camera to transfer stuff over to the computer, I might have video clips.
I need a good Buddy Christ thread, but "Pierce Your Penis With The Buddy Christ" just wasn't happening, I was too nervous to bring him and take pics, and my woman won't do a "Sex With The Buddy Christ" pictorial.

I should still be able to pull 200-300 yards out of it though. It's a bit shorter than I'm used to in an assault rifle. I know I made some shooter errors as well, but that happens to the best of us from time to time.
I don't have the tool to move the front sight from left/right yet, so I'm kind of screwed there. I just have to get my shots centered height wise and aim a little bit to the side for now.

Sounds about right, don't squeeze it in too tight and let it "glide" in your grip that way you don't make a major move everytime you get recoil.
Thanks for not doing a pierce the peen with BC thread, and shame on your girlfriend for not sharing with the group.
Vid clips would be awesome.

Yeah, it's mostly a matter of me remembering how to handle an assault rifle again. I don't get to do it often enough. At this moment, I'm a shitload more accurate with my handgun than I am with the AK. I'll warm up to it soon.
Still wish I had about $7-800 to spend on an AR-15. 500 yards open sights would be no contest for me with one of them with a nice slow pace. 300 yard rapid fires with them are fun as fuck too. Nothing like 10 out of 10 in under 60 seconds from 2 magizines (5 in each).
