Cozumel/Grand Cayman Pharmacies

Obviously information regarding the availibility of gear in Cozumel and Grand Cayman is readily available on this site... however my question is a little different.

I am taking a cruise in March, and was wondering if I could buy xanax/vicodin, et cetera w/o a script. If so, what should I expect to pay? Can I just walk into a pharmacy and ask, "I'll have a large bottle of Xanax, please?"

Any advice/experience would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, u can buy them in cozumel but it's gonna cost u. I didn't buy any xanax but it was going for 3 a bar when i was there. the onoly way that i know this was because some kids came in and bought some why i was buying some juice to bring back with me. If u go to cozumel u might want to try some of the smaller pharmacias at the back of the main square. They usually were a little cheaper, especially if u speak spanish.
