couple questions

I wanted some advice. I'm 27 years old, and in the past I have used steroids(only 2 cycles) and several cycles of pro hormones and similiar types of pills that are now illegal. This is the first time that I have had insurance, so I am going to make a doctors appointment. I'm not really sure what I should have checked and tested. Need some suggestions.
Also, its been at least 6 months since Ive taken any supplements and just the other day I noticed my right nipple is sore and a very little lump under it. What could it be from?
