Counting Carbs...

Ladies and gents....when counting carbs, do you count EVERY single carb from ALL food sources (even meats and such that have small amounts of carbs in it) or ONLY carbs that come from known carb sources such as fruits, breads etc....what is meant by "digestable carbohydrates" ...thank you...
 
fruit = fructose = highest impact on blood sugar and insulin levels....

calculate everything, but look at GI index and also fiber...

Do a search and find the gi index... if it's a low carb diet you're going for you want carbs that dont spike your slin levels in your body (alllowing the storage of fat). good rule of thumb is just stick to green veggies.

Hunt around, so much to learn about carbs, GI, Net carbs, Artifical sweetners, KETO, sugar vs. complex carbs etc etc etc
