Counterfeit AAS

Got a shipment of Enanthanate a while back, believe it was from Egypt. Product name is “Testostero depo” 250mg, and it comes in an 1ML Ampoule. I am concerned about the legitimacy of the product because the ink comes off the Ampoule if you rub it hard enough. Was wondering if anybody had any info on this. Thanks.
