Okay so heres the scoop, about 1.5 weeks ago I finished my fina/npp/var (switched to dbol last few weeks) cycle that I ran for 6 weeks sharp. Gained about 20 or so lbs on the scale (which I knew I would lose some of inevitably post cycle). So I started PCT with clomid (Day 1 150mg, Day 2 100mg, Day 3 till now 50mg), Nolva (Day 1 40mg, Day 2 till now at 20mg), Adex (.25mg EOD) and some herbs (Maca and etc.). Now heres my problem, 1.5 weeks later I am still losing weight even after pissing out all that water the first week, and am down 9 lbs from 220 to 211 even while on 10g creatine ED! Strength seems to be dropping daily too! However whats weird is that all my actual measurements are still the same! I am still eating the same, slightly lowered cals at about maintenance (3000-3500) since I dont want to add too much fat coming off, 4-5 good CLEAN meals a day, and still lifting 4-5X a week with much lowered intensity/volume for more recuperation.

What could be going on here? I am thinking maybe due to all the anti-e's I'm taking my E is too low and I am dropping whatever amount of water Im holding and thats greatly hindering my strength (however I am hardening up nicely)? I can definitely understand losing strength coming off of dbol/npp, but wouldn't you say atleast I should have kept some from the tren/var? Thanks in advance!

I would say it is a combination of water loss and calorie restriction. It surprises me that you lost that much after using Tren because of its Anti-catabolic properties! Not sure though.

I can understand losing like 5 or so lbs, but 9? I already stopped using the adex a few days ago, maybe I am just shut down really bad from the tren and since my test levels are low, my strength is plummeting as well? I am maintaining the LBM I gained as all my measurements are still the same but whats pissing me off is how can I still have the same measurements but lose 9 lbs and be waaay down in strength? Can this be a side from too low E? I really don't know whats going on here ?!? :( Maybe I am losing some fat from lowering my cals slightly?

Edit: Just wanted to add, I HAVE NOT been doing any cardio whatsoever.

There's really no need for adex post cycle either. Even though you've lost that much wieght, your muscle/bf ratio should be a lot different now. Do you have those stats?

I am 6', started the cycle at 201-202, ended at 220 however, bodyfat at around 14-15%. Now That I'm a 211, I would say I am in the 12-13% range. My midsection is looking alot tighter as well.

Bump.

This is the thing with a lot of bros I see it happen all the time. You start a cycle specially with a bulking ofcourse your going to get some fat and water retention if your bulking. But right after they finish they cycle they notice they gained fat and water so right away during PCT they start to cut down or calorie restricition. What you need to do after you get off is keep the same diet(yeah you gained fat) but you need your body own test levels to be back normal then when you have kept all the hard earn muscle you can start to diet! just my .2 cents

I concur! Your body needs cals to try to hold on to everything while your levels are stabilizing.

Thats the thing, I havent cut cals that drastically to be losing this much weight! (However like I said measurements are still the same, arms, legs, shoulders, etc) When I was on, I was eating around 3800 cals a day tops, now that I'm off it's right around the 3-3500 mark daily, however alot cleaner than the 3800 cals I was consuming before. And why is my strength plummeting so much? Is this a low test crash?

OK let's get a grip. You gained 20 pounds in 6 weeks and you thought that was LBM? Sorry no, even all that stuff you took wouldn't do that. You're lucky if you added 8-10, very lucky. Pros add 20 in 12-18 months. You think you gained 20 in 6 weeks? Come on bro. You're reading to many goofy gains threads.
You're coming off three very powerful strength drugs, dbol, tren and NPP. When you stop your strength will plummet. When the water all recedes from the dbol and nandrolone you will lose at least 15 of the 20 you gained. A pound a week is good. Have you ever seen a pro gain 50 pounds a year? Ah, no. And they are on year round.
If you come away with 5 pounds of LBM you had a sucessful 6 week cycle. Next time try 12 weeks.

Well I knew for sure I didn't or wouldn't gain 20 Lbs of LBM (gained more like 10, arms went up about an inch and a quarter, legs went up 1.5 inches, and etc) in 6 weeks as I clearly stated I expected to lose some weight post cycle in my very first post. However I've thought I read how the strength gains of tren could be permanent or maybe I was mistaken? I just dont like the fact that almost 2 weeks later I am still losing weight and my endurance/strength has plummeted substantially as if I never ran the cycle. Is this a crash from low test?

Nope. They are not permanent. That doesn't happen with any AS. Especially from a 6 week cycle.

Low test is an issue because you didn't take any during your cycle. Another mistake. If I were you I'd be using 10mg of dbol every morning when you get up. This will stop you gain losses and give you a little test while yours comes back. It will delay your recovery but personally I'd take the delay to save the gains.

Of course your strength will be dropping. As the gear wears off and your nuts are like dried prunes theres not gonna be enough test to keep you strong. Once you regain the use of you testicles and they're pumpin out natural juice again alot of strength will come back, but it will be gradual. Be patient and stay positive.

Sorry bro, I forgot to mention, I was on a small maintenance dose of prop @ 25mg EOD just for body function and etc. Don't want to run more since I am very prone to sides from higher dosages of test. Also, do you have any more solid information on the dbol bridging technique? I may be giving it a test run to see how it goes, at this point recovery is so bad, it can't possibly get any worse.

A six-week cycle is way too short. Try a 12 or 16-week cycle and see how you do. I personally do 2 cycles a year lasting 6 months a piece.

I think your math is wrong Brown...... 2 six month cycles leaves no room for any down time. So are you saying that you run juice throughout the whole year. Or do you have a different calender than the rest of us?

Have to agree though. 6 weeks is pretty short.

I think he was being sarcastic or he runs nonstop.
