Hey Guys. I'm fairly new to the site. Me and a buddy of mine are starting up some LiquiClen and LiquiT3. I just wanted to get some opinions on what a good dosage would be for beginners. I'm at about 170 lbs. Decent muscle, but extra fat that I want to get rid of. I figure I can do a few weeks of these Liqui's and I should be good to go. If some of you can give your opinions, I would really appreciate it. I would be using a dropper for measurements which measure in ML...and I read on the label of the Liqui that 30ml = 200 mcg for the Clen...and 30ml=50 mcg for the T3.
