Could this info be used against us?

This might have been asked before but I was thinking, if one of us were under investigation by the feds, could they use a search warrent and gain access to the boards find out our user name and use the information that we have posted against us in court, or in an investigation?

even if its written by the person, wouldnt that be the same as you getting busted admitting to saying something during a wire tap.

look, if a nasty dirty old man can talk to a 12 year old and say shit like "i want to hit it in your ass" and they cant do shit, they cant do shit about what we say here. I watched a show on TV where they interviewed feds who investigated internet crimes, and they said, "we can not bust them until they make contact in person."
