Could AS esp. Anavar make bones grow?

I know this may sound stupid but could the use of AS, especially Oxandrolone increase the size of the bones even in adults? After my very weak first cycle 250mg/week Sus and 20-25mg/day Oxa for 8 weeks I made some very good quality gains... about 13lbs (%95 muscle) But I also get the feeling my bones grew too. Yesterday I tried to put on a steel bracelet watch which I haven't used for a long time and it didn't even slip over my hand and all my other watches feel smaller. Since there is not much of a muscle on my hands and wrist. I feel that they are definetely bigger. Water retention shouldn't be problem with my cycle and it has been nearly 2 weeks since it ended.

I also read the Oxa (original SPA Milano)documantation which came with the box and it says it is for treatments for some kind of a Osteoporosis (a dýsease where your bones loose density and quality) So this could be a good reason to for Oxa putting some mass on your bones, maybe?

Any thoughts?

NO. But, indirectly steroids could help. They don't contribute to bone formation, those are done by BMP proteins, which we are just learning about. However, strength increases put stress on the bones which causes increased calcium absorption and bone density to increase. But, I don't think it would cause the bones to actually grow.

Osteoporosis, is degeneration of the bone

when that happens and you fall, you can easily break a leg. Older people break there hip while walking and THEN fall.
So i think Ox maybe improves bone structure, but does not make it thicker. Deca on the other hand makes your bones thicker (measurable), but this subsides when stopping the Deca.

"anavar was designed as an extremely mild anabolic, one that could even be safely used as a growth stimulant in children" (anablics 2000, p41)

"Ox will not aromatize, and therefore the anabolic effect of the compound can actually promote linear growth" (anablics 2000, p41"

i don't think ox will give you much bone growth, and you won't get any if you're plates are closed already. from what i understand, correct me if i'm wrong, but the way it sounds in the top quote is that it actually helps your bones grow. someone please correct me so that i know.
