Cottage Cheese on a cutter?

I'm talking about the low fat stuff, but I'm guessing there could be quite a bit of sugar in there? To be honest, I'm not exactly cutting, but I'm preparing my diet for when I receive my ECA stack, haven't got much of an idea what will be different apart from less carbs in the aim of burning fat, protein the same to hold the muscle (hopefully)
 
The issue isn't sugar or anything. Most people soften out on dairy, and therefore do not include milk and cottage cheese, etc. when cutting. Try a week with it and a week without it and see how your body responds. Cottage cheese is a great food, lots of protein, and takes a long time to digest so is great when u know it might be a bit longer than normal before your next meal than usual, or before bed.
 
Like kabeetz said, it may bloat you a little bit. If that's not an issue for you (and unless you are preparing for a comp it really shouldn't be) there is definitely a place for it in a cut diet.

Before sleep is great for it, imo.
 
not in a competition, but can relate to the negative bloating effect. Perhaps I will use it before bed. Currently using it before my pre workout meal.
 
Your from UK - so buy the sainsbury low fat cottage cheese/yoguyrt blend. I'm from Australia, but remember being impressed on the product when in london recently.

Something like 13-14% protein; .2 % fat; 2 % carbs.

Having 300 grams of this before bed would be wise I would have thought - not too many carbs at all.
