Retin-a ceam to thinning areas in the am.....025 comes in a gel .05 only a gream...you may see some scaling and redness early on, but it will go away.
Jury is still out re" saw palmetto, but it can't hurt. Just make sure you use a standardized good name brand like Nature's way, and if it has pygeum and/or nettles even better.
Cheap effective shampoo for the of nizoral days is Nexus Biotin shampoo for thinning hair...you may need to go to a beauty supply store or salon to get it...it's not expensive at all.
