Core sups

Alright, i'm posting this hear becaue i'm not always thrilled with the answers i get at the sup board. Form what i have learned there are but a few core supplements that a bb should take.
multi
flax
creaglutamine cocktale with dextrose
eca for cutting
In your opinion, are there any sups i havn't included (AS not included)

I'm going out tommorrow morning to get myself some of this "miracal drug" inositol.

I have an anxiety disorder. Lets see how this compares to the Antidepressants i'm using!

I am very interested. It helped my drug addicted friend to quit drugs. It helped me quit anti-depressants... and it makes me feel very .. happy!? good stuff.

That will be inositol hex-phospahte (IP6) - believed to be the most potent anti-cancer nutirient. It is found in vegetables....

IP6 converts to inositol, unless you 'abuse' (a relative term) caffeine/ephedrine, in which case you destroy the enzyme required for conversion.
 
The only OTC supps I've ever found value in are:

Protein
Creatine
Glutamine
Multi V/M
ECA's and the likes

This is excluding things like liver and kidney protectants and the likes while "on".
