Converting raw powder to injectables ?

A buddy of mine hooked me up with 5 grams of test cyp powder and 5 grams of winni powder how do convert these to injectable. If someone has a recipie they know is real good pm me.

cap the winnie otherwise it's a water base deal e o..

and do the test cyp 250/ml

lower the ba.. the smoother the injection..

Just a question, why would you put filler in a cap. I get caps at the Pharmacy and they don't fill the cap's all the way. They are half full.

because there is a tamper, and it's easier to ensure accuracy..
