controversial dbol dosage regimen - which is better?

I got into a discussion with a fellow dude from the board over which is the best way to take dbol, split routine or all at once. There is lots of controversy about this so I thought it would be good for discussion. Which dosing regimine do you use split or all at once? Why? Have you tried both? Did you feel you got the best results from that regimine?
 
I have done both. I prefer all at once an hour before I work out. I get rediculous strenght gains this way. I didn't even notice I was taking anything when I split it up. I think each individual is different though.

I have done both...I preferred taking one every 4 hrs...plus an extra one before my workout....for a total of 30-35mg per 24 hr period...I would even wake up at night to take it....it is the best way to keep levels steady...however, if you have enough to spare and don't mind getting the extra 5mg...I would def recommend using my method and taking 10mg versus 5mg the dosage before your workout...this way, you kind of get the best of both worlds....steady levels throughout each 24 hr period...but also crazy strength for your workout....I know a dude who takes 75mg all at once before he works out...not too smart in my opinion..lol

not a bad idea, but only works if the person is taking about 35mg a day. What if the user chooses to only do 20mg a day max which is not uncommon and also highly effective with most people. In this case, your technique may not be very effective. Do you think?

You have a valid point bro...in the case of lower dosages, for example 20mg a day, I would still try to evenly space it out as much as possible...say, one 5mg tab every 4 waking hours or so, which would equal about 16 waking hours, obviously this isn't exact, it will vary depending on how long you're awake..etc...while attempting to time it just right so I take at least one 5 mg dose right before I train...I'm being real anal and specific....in the long run, my general idea is to try and evenly space it out throughout the day no matter the dose...and if possible..time it so you pop one about an hour before training... :supercool

I guess it will also come down to why the user is taking dbol in the first place. Some users throw it in for the quick strength kick right before training which in that case 5mg may not be very effective. Some people through it in because they just want mass as quickly as possible which in the case splitting it into 5mg dosages may be just as effective. Me I threw it in for the quick strength kick and increased intensity during training for 4 weeks while waiting on test and eq to kick in for I'm strictly relying on test and eq for the solid weight gain and not dbol which is why I take the full 20mg 1.5 hours before training although I'm up 7lbs in 14 days.
