Controlled Delivery

How often will they attempt a "controlled delivery" - I am talking about for international incoming packages for personal use only [one small cycle worth]?

that's kinda hard to figure out still... considering if they flag your package in the first place.

dont worry about controlled deliveries if yer order is small, when i say small i am talking under 20amps and a few tabs
