Controlled delivery question

If I was to have a controlled delivery done on me witha package with my name on it from Europe and I just denied it and didn't sign, could I still get in trouble?

You Mom could accept it. In that case they would probably wait a day or two and get a warrant to search your house to see if the package was opened and if there is anything else illegal in the house.

Even if you do not claim it, they might still have a search warrent. If your mom accepts it then she will be arrested and held until the search of your house is done.

If you are worried try this.

If moms gets it.

Take it from her. Write "Return to sender" on the package. Put it in your car and leave it for at least 5 days. If they stop you - then you were just returning it. If they have not stopped you within 5 days - you are safe.

And one more thing. quit sending shit to moms house.

If she refuses it and claims that she does not know the person, you will be safe but the package will be sent back to sender.
