Here's how I see it, if anyone thinks I'm wrong I'd appreciate your input.
Here's a scenario of what could happen:
You are getting a package in the mail, it gets opened and the law decides it's worth there time to set up a controlled delivery.
Assuming you are having it sent to your house:
Do you accept the package or do you write return to sender and leave it outside?
I say you accept all packages...not accepting or signing for a package is ver suspicious behavior. Who doesn't
like getting packages and refuses to sign for it?
As I understand it,
there is no way to convict you on the contents of the package alone. If they could, I'll send my ex-girlfriend half a kilo of cocaine in piss poor packaging tomorrow.
The package allows them to get a SEARCH WARRANT for your home and car. You will be convicted for whatever is at your place. If you happen to have a decent stash and shipping material, you can kiss your ass good bye.
So what's a bodybuilder to do?
Keep your house squeeky clean...NOTHING...not one dbol tab a couple of amps...pins...nothing. This is CRUCIAL if you happen to be a source(also absolutely no shipping material if you are a source)
Even your personal stash should never be in your home.
Sign and accept all packages....no suspicious behavior.
If they ask to search your place, ask for a search warrant DON'T assume that they have one.
If you are source posting from a cyber cafe would be wise,
And most important of all...even if you feel you are fucked NEVER say a good damn thing!!!! It will not help you...you will most likely make there case for them.
