I can't answer your question but I was on the Depo shot and decided to do a Deca cycle but I was really worried about side effects so I stopped the birth control before going on the cycle because really, do you want all the extra hormones in your body? That is going to make you even more likely to get sides in my opinion... Just be safe... Thats my opinion, but I wouldn't risk saying yes or no that your pill will still work. Plus for a lot of women it holds fat on your body and do you really want that if you're doing a deca cycle?? W/ Deca you will (as a woman) DEFINITELY hold lots of water... I held A TON, but was worth the end results.
What kind of dosage of Deca were you planning on doing? And every how many days?
