Constipation from Caber

Anyone get constipation from caber? I am taking .5mg twice a week and I am having a hard time when taking a shit. I literally feel like I'm not going to be able to get it out. Takes quite a lot of time and is a bit painful. Do I need to just take a laxative? If so, how often? Do I need to dial back the caber dose? Not sure I could cut pills in 4ths, already cutting them in half.

Never had that with CABER. I would add some METAMUCIL every evening right before bed 1-2 heaping teaspoons.
This will make life MUCH easier for you.

Dompanie agonists have some similar effects to opiates, constipation being one of them. Some need to take a stool softener.

Bro, Amy of that "colon blow" stuff they got. That colon detox SUCKS, but goddamn do you feel fantastic afterwards. I'm telling you it feels like your guts are coming out. Kinda like how when youre sick, you feel better after throwing up... but Better, and without throwing up
