Been reading benefits of giving yourself a break from the weights. Not just a week but 3 to 4 weeks. I've been working out religously for approx. 2 yrs. Every now and then I'll give myself a week off but nothing too long. Question is, if I were to do this, when would you? At the end of a cycle, b/n cycles. I'm not crazy about doing this but I figure my body may need it. I'm on the last wk. of my current cycle and planning on my next one in Jan. Any suggestions? Thanks
