As I have posted before Im hopefully going to start my first cycle of:
2cc sustanon a week
20mg nolvadex a day
should I take the nolvadex all through the cycle or after? What anti E do I need during the cycle if not nolvadex? I have read so many threads, I'm very confused on what to do or were to go. Any help would be appreciated.

for your PCT, clomid/nolva/arimidex and some IGF-1

The AIFM wouldnt decrease the abilty of the sust like the nolva has the potential to. Or at least that is what i gather from reading other sources. Thats why Im so concerned. Thanks for the help. Not trying to sound to dumb.

just use the aifm to keep the bloat down see how it go's ,then for you pct
use nolva and you will be fine and one more tip some people use zma to help them sleep you might have some problems sleeping the aifm sorts out alot of problems when it comes to bitch tits .

As was posted, just use AIFM throughout the cycle and PCT. No, it doesn't inhibit gaines it increases them by raising the test levels in your blood.
