A good, fairly new (maybe) hot sauce is Tabasco Chipotle hot sauce. It's not very hot but it has a lot of flavor.

Hot sauce improves all kinds of food. I wouldn't be able to eat eggs or tuna anymore if it weren't for hot sauce.
And Chefwide, you gotta post up some of those mustard recipes. Mustard is one of my other all time favorite condiments.

This is about condiments. I don't like ketchup either. Mayonaise is greasy and nasty. Hot sauce is hot. I don't like anything that makes my mouth feel like it's on fire. Mild sauce from Taco Bell is even too hot for me. I never liked honey mustard until about two years ago. Yellow mustard makes me gag.
