i need to drop about 20lbs before my next cycle. and i was told that comthyroid would do the trick.is this true?please list pros and cons

Well I assume this is some sort of t3 or t4...You should not use a thyroid stimulant unless you are on some sort of AS to preserve your muscle mass.

it is a L-T4 Synthetic thyroid hormone .why should i not use it? ans what is a as?

Yes t4 is a synthetic thyroid hormone and it simply speeds up your metabolism to damn fast{ BMR goes up 5 to7% faster} so you can not mantain most of your muscle while on it unless your on some sort of AS to preserve your muscle mass. It simply will just start breaking down your muscle tissue...
