the startup folder?

that won't get the ones that startup based on registry settings though.

click on Start, then Programs, then find the "start up" folder and right click on that and choose "Explore" then you can add/remove the shortcuts to programs.
 
There are a few places.

Like 4 places in the windows registry, the load and run attributes in win.ini, and the startup folder in the windows directory.
