Computer Guru's - Help!!

I have had the same computer try to gain access 78 times in the last two hours. I have banned the address and I have disconnected from my server to try and get rid of it. I am getting really tired of closing my firewall alert box. What can I do to get it to stop???

I'm not a computer guru by any means, but let me throw in my two cents worth. It sounds like you might be using Zone Alarm, since you're getting an alert box. If you're using the Pro version, I think there's a feature that will automatically do a Whois for you, as well as other related tools.

Plus you can set your alerts to "off". As appossed to ON or sideways or sort of but not quite all the way on.
