Computer Experts Need Help

My keyboard on my laptop went out. I think I may have hit a fn key or something on accident. Any idea how to get it working again?

Is it a dell computer? Need the make/model of the laptop to help you. I had this happen to me on a Dell before and it drove me crazy for awhile.

Thanks jnuts. I figured it out, basically just had to hard boot it with everything unplugged and such.
