Competition Diet???

i posted in diet thread as well but more peeps are over here!!!Ok guys and gals. I have 18 weeks till comp. Can someone help out with a comp diet? I have a few but they are on excel so i cant post it. Also id like to know specifics, such as diet cokes (good or bad),stuff like that. If anyway can help that would be awsome thanks

So much to go over, so many different approaches etc. its hard to reply. Aren't there some diets posted on the diet board??

For me, the typical high protein, mod fat, LOW carb diet worked the best. Also - varying carbs worked very well (set a weekly average, then vary 25-50% around that average through the week on a daily basis, still hitting the weekly average).

Diet cokes are fine.

What show are you doing?

I agree with you there. I was prepping for a show last year but never got to a weight that I was satisfied with. I kept my calories around 1800 with carbs <40.
 
Yep, high p, low carbs. Plently of chicken/turkey, supplement with glutamine, potatoes/yams etc for carbs. Calories will be dependant on your size, i use about 2500 a day.
Gh at at least 4iu a day, 25mcg T3, clen, ECA are all you need.
Caffine in coffee is usually fine, no milk or sugar, diet/no cal drinks are fine but would cut them out about 10 days before show.
